A change of use application to utilise a former apple packing shed for a Cellar Door.

The Cellar Door operation was to complement an existing vineyard and new onsite “Glamping” facility.

Matters for consideration included operational details, accessibility compliance, parking, contamination and structural integrity of the former packing shed.
